環(huán)形與圓形噴管水下氣泡生成的實驗對比研究

【摘要】:對環(huán)形噴管與圓形噴管水下氣泡生成進行了實驗對比研究.利用自行設(shè)計建設(shè)的水下氣體射流實驗系統(tǒng),結(jié)合高速攝影儀圖像記錄及圖像處理,比較分析了兩種噴管氣泡生成的異同.研究表明:對于圓形噴管,其氣泡生成隨氣體流量增加依次呈現(xiàn)單周期、雙周期和三周期特性;而環(huán)形噴管,在初始低流量時,氣體在環(huán)形噴管出口截面呈隨機無規(guī)則噴發(fā),一旦形成穩(wěn)定環(huán)形氣泡則直接進入三周期區(qū)制;兩種噴管在后續(xù)氣泡斷裂時整體氣泡頂部上浮高度也不同;3類氣泡所受各種力處于動態(tài)變化之中,且3類氣泡所受主要控制力不同.
[Abstract]:The underwater bubble formation of annular nozzle and circular nozzle is studied experimentally. By using the underwater gas jet experimental system designed by ourselves and combined with the image recording and image processing of the high-speed camera, the similarities and differences between the two kinds of nozzle bubble generation are compared and analyzed. The results show that, for circular nozzle, the gas bubble formation shows the characteristics of single period, double period and three period with the increase of gas flow rate, while the annular nozzle has a random and random eruption at the exit section of annular nozzle at the initial low flow rate. Once the stable annular bubble is formed, it enters the three-period zone directly, and the floating height of the top of the whole bubble is different when the two kinds of nozzles break down, and the forces on the three types of bubbles are in dynamic change. And the main control forces of the three kinds of bubbles are different.
