球-梁彈塑性次碰撞的試驗研究和數(shù)值仿真

【摘要】:次碰撞是柔性結構碰撞時特有的物理現(xiàn)象。為觀測和深入研究這一現(xiàn)象,專門研制了一套柔性結構次碰撞試驗平臺。借助該試驗平臺,結合Hertz碰撞理論和動態(tài)子結構方法,對鋼球墜落碰撞簡支梁過程進行了詳細的試驗測試和數(shù)值仿真,觀察到了復雜的次碰撞現(xiàn)象,深入探討了次碰撞的碰撞接觸時間規(guī)律和主要影響因素。研究結果表明,動態(tài)子結構方法可以作為球-梁彈塑性次碰撞行為分析的一種有效的數(shù)值計算手段。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在低速碰撞時Hertz碰撞理論所揭示的碰撞接觸時間規(guī)律仍然適用于首個次碰撞過程,表明局部接觸變形主導了首個次碰撞過程。次碰撞現(xiàn)象一旦發(fā)生,將導致簡支梁碰撞端位移響應的前三階振幅比和第一階相位角均發(fā)生明顯的變化。進一步的探討則發(fā)現(xiàn),次碰撞的發(fā)生與球-梁質量比、碰撞初速度和碰撞位置等因素密切相關,若用質量比來度量次碰撞的發(fā)生條件,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在一個質量比閾值,只有滿足該質量比閾值,才會出現(xiàn)次碰撞。
[Abstract]:Secondary collision is a special physical phenomenon of flexible structures. In order to observe and study this phenomenon, a subimpact test platform for flexible structures is developed. With the help of the test platform, combined with the Hertz collision theory and the dynamic substructure method, a detailed experimental test and numerical simulation of the steel ball fall impact simple supported beam process have been carried out, and the complex secondary collision phenomenon has been observed. The contact time law and main influencing factors of secondary collision are discussed. The results show that the dynamic substructure method can be used as an effective numerical method for the analysis of the elastic-plastic secondary collision behavior of a spherical beam. It is found that the contact time law revealed by the Hertz collision theory is still applicable to the first collision process in low speed collisions, indicating that the local contact deformation dominates the first collision process. Once the secondary collision occurs, the first three order amplitude ratio and the first order phase angle of the displacement response at the impact end of the simply supported beam will change obviously. Furthermore, it is found that the secondary impact is closely related to the mass ratio of the ball to beam, the initial velocity and the position of the collision. If the mass ratio is used to measure the occurrence conditions of the secondary collision, a mass ratio threshold is found. Only when the mass ratio threshold is satisfied will secondary collisions occur.
