爆破振動(dòng)持時(shí)分析及微差爆破延期時(shí)間優(yōu)選

【摘要】:爆破振動(dòng)持續(xù)時(shí)間以及微差爆破延期時(shí)間分別是爆破振動(dòng)危害客觀評(píng)價(jià)與主動(dòng)控制的重要指標(biāo),對(duì)振動(dòng)持時(shí)影響因素和延期時(shí)間優(yōu)選方法進(jìn)行深入探究極為必要。結(jié)合量綱分析理論,探討了爆破振動(dòng)持時(shí)影響因素,推導(dǎo)出爆破振動(dòng)持時(shí)預(yù)測(cè)公式,該公式線性相關(guān)性達(dá)到89.7%;基于地震波線性疊加原理,通過(guò)MATLAB 7.0編程,計(jì)算得到毫秒微差爆破不同爆心距處合理延時(shí)區(qū)間。結(jié)果表明,爆破振動(dòng)信號(hào)能量與振動(dòng)持續(xù)時(shí)間相關(guān)性高,在振動(dòng)持時(shí)預(yù)測(cè)公式中引入信號(hào)能量,可提高預(yù)測(cè)精度;振動(dòng)持續(xù)時(shí)間與比例速度負(fù)相關(guān),與比例藥量正相關(guān);合理孔間延期時(shí)間往往不是某一具體值,而是一個(gè)或多個(gè)時(shí)間區(qū)間;不同爆心距處合理延期時(shí)間值不同。工程應(yīng)用表明,給出的爆破振動(dòng)持時(shí)預(yù)測(cè)公式與微差爆破延時(shí)優(yōu)選方法切實(shí)可行。
[Abstract]:The duration of blasting vibration and the delay time of millisecond blasting are important indexes for objective evaluation and active control of blasting vibration. It is very necessary to study the influencing factors of vibration duration and the optimum selection method of delay time. Combined with dimensional analysis theory, the influencing factors of blasting vibration duration are discussed, and the prediction formula of blasting vibration duration is deduced. The linear correlation of the formula is up to 89.7. Based on the principle of seismic wave linear superposition, this formula is programmed by MATLAB 7.0. The reasonable delay interval of millisecond blasting with different center distance is obtained. The results show that the signal energy of blasting vibration is highly correlated with the duration of vibration, the prediction accuracy can be improved by introducing signal energy into the prediction formula of vibration duration, the vibration duration is negatively correlated with the proportional velocity, and is positively correlated with the proportional charge. The reasonable inter-hole delay time is usually not a specific value, but one or more time intervals. The engineering application shows that the formula for predicting the duration of blasting vibration and the optimum method for delay selection of millisecond blasting are feasible.
