基于ADAMS的摩擦擺試驗(yàn)裝置仿真分析

【摘要】:運(yùn)用ADAMS軟件對摩擦擺機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動學(xué)、動力學(xué)仿真,提取運(yùn)動過程中質(zhì)量塊的角位移變化曲線和擺環(huán)所受摩擦力矩曲線,并分析了摩擦擺運(yùn)動過程中角位移及摩擦力矩隨時間的變化規(guī)律,分析結(jié)果有力地證明"負(fù)阻尼"學(xué)說存在嚴(yán)重的理論缺陷,也證明仿真分析是一種研究摩擦擺試驗(yàn)裝置的有效手段。
[Abstract]:The kinematics and dynamics simulation of friction pendulum mechanism is carried out by using ADAMS software. The angular displacement curve of mass block and the friction moment curve of pendulum ring are extracted. The variation of angular displacement and friction moment with time during the movement of friction pendulum is analyzed. The results show that the theory of "negative damping" has serious theoretical defects. It is also proved that the simulation analysis is an effective means to study the friction pendulum test device.
