結(jié)構(gòu)物入水沖擊表面壓力的模型研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:結(jié)構(gòu)物在入水過(guò)程中表面不同部位會(huì)受到不同程度的沖擊,嚴(yán)重影響結(jié)構(gòu)和結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部人員的安全,因此入水問(wèn)題的研究在航空航天和軍事領(lǐng)域具有實(shí)際意義。以楔形體和弧形體為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行了自由下落多工況的入水沖擊試驗(yàn),對(duì)PVDF壓電傳感器進(jìn)行了靜動(dòng)態(tài)參數(shù)標(biāo)定,采用該壓電傳感器采集了結(jié)構(gòu)物入水表面的壓力分布值。然后運(yùn)用LS-DYNA軟件對(duì)試驗(yàn)工況結(jié)構(gòu)物入水工況進(jìn)行了數(shù)值仿真,對(duì)壓力的測(cè)量結(jié)果做了進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證,并分析了不同因素對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)表面壓力的影響。最后依據(jù)相似準(zhǔn)則,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)?zāi)P偷臄?shù)據(jù)得到實(shí)際飛機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)的入水沖擊響應(yīng),對(duì)入水結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the process of water entry, different parts of the structure surface will be impacted to different degrees, which will seriously affect the safety of the structure and the personnel inside the structure. Therefore, the study of the water entry problem is of practical significance in the field of aerospace and military affairs. Taking wedges and arcs as the research objects, the free falling water shock tests were carried out. The static and dynamic parameters of the PVDF piezoelectric sensor were calibrated. The pressure distribution values of the structure were collected by the piezoelectric sensor. Then LS-DYNA software is used to simulate the structure under the test condition, and the results of pressure measurement are further verified, and the influence of different factors on the surface pressure of the structure is analyzed. Finally, according to the similarity criterion and the data of the experimental model, the shock response of the actual aircraft structure is obtained, which has certain reference value for the design of the water entry structure.
