【摘要】：為了研究T型分支結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)管道內(nèi)油氣爆炸壓力的影響,進(jìn)行了不同初始油氣體積分?jǐn)?shù)、不同初始點(diǎn)火能工況下多參數(shù)對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),并對(duì)火焰?zhèn)鞑ミM(jìn)行了可視化研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:T型分支管道對(duì)油氣爆炸壓力有強(qiáng)化作用,強(qiáng)化程度和初始油氣體積分?jǐn)?shù)關(guān)系密切,在當(dāng)量比附近,強(qiáng)化程度表現(xiàn)最顯著;初始點(diǎn)火能對(duì)油氣爆炸最大超壓影響顯著,隨著點(diǎn)火能的增大,最大爆炸超壓呈線性增長(zhǎng);波的繞射和反射、流場(chǎng)湍流度增強(qiáng)、管道通道面積增大和障礙物擾動(dòng)是導(dǎo)致T型分支管道內(nèi)爆炸壓力增強(qiáng)的主要因素;T型分支管道會(huì)導(dǎo)致火焰陣面嚴(yán)重地彎曲褶皺變形,增大火焰面積,并且回傳火焰對(duì)T型分支結(jié)構(gòu)壁面具有較強(qiáng)的破壞作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of T-type branching structure on the explosion pressure of oil and gas in pipeline, a comparative experiment of multiple parameters under different initial oil and gas volume fraction and different initial ignition energy was carried out, and the flame propagation was studied visually. The experimental results show that the W T branch pipeline can enhance the explosion pressure of oil and gas, and the enhancement degree is closely related to the initial oil and gas volume fraction, and the strengthening degree is the most obvious near the equivalent ratio. The initial ignition energy has a significant effect on the maximum overpressure of the oil and gas explosion. With the increase of the ignition energy, the maximum explosion overpressure increases linearly, the wave diffraction and reflection, the turbulent degree of the flow field increases. The increase of channel area and disturbance of obstacles are the main factors leading to the increase of explosion pressure in T-branch pipeline. The T-branch pipeline will cause the flame front to bend, fold and deform seriously, and increase the flame area. And the return flame has a strong failure effect on the wall of T-type branching structure.
