單鉤波形板分離器內(nèi)二次攜帶機(jī)理分析

【摘要】:通過理論分析與三維數(shù)值模擬研究了實(shí)際運(yùn)行工況下單鉤波形板分離器內(nèi)二次攜帶機(jī)理。采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型對波形板內(nèi)氣相流場進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,利用離散相模型結(jié)合渦交互模型對水滴運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,根據(jù)壁面水膜運(yùn)動(dòng)方程求解水膜的速度與厚度分布;依據(jù)理論分析,對可能形成二次水滴的4種方式進(jìn)行判定。結(jié)果表明:波形板內(nèi)發(fā)生氣體動(dòng)力造成的水滴破碎與水滴撞擊水膜產(chǎn)生飛濺的可能性較低,但較冷態(tài)工況的可能性高;水膜主要集中在波形板的前兩級,隨入口蒸汽速度或濕度的增加,水膜增厚并向下游移動(dòng);將水膜剝落和水膜分離的判別式進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一,并證實(shí)波形板二次攜帶主要由水膜的剝落和分離造成,且相較水膜剝落,鉤峰處的水膜分離更易發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Through theoretical analysis and 3D numerical simulation, the mechanism of secondary carrying in the order hook waveform plate separator is studied. The Realizable k- 蔚 turbulence model is used to simulate the gas phase flow field in the wavy plate, the discrete phase model and the vortex interaction model are used to calculate the water droplet motion, and the velocity and thickness distribution of the water film is calculated according to the motion equation of the water film on the wall. On the basis of theoretical analysis, four ways of forming secondary water droplets are determined. The results show that the possibility of water droplet breakup and water droplet impingement on water film is lower, but higher than that of cold condition, and the water film is mainly concentrated in the first two stages of the wave plate. With the increase of inlet steam velocity or humidity, the water film thickened and moved downstream, the discriminant of water film flaking and water film separation was unified, and it was proved that the second carrying of the wavy plate was mainly caused by the spalling and separation of the water film, and the flaking of the water film was more than that of the water film. Water membrane separation at the hook peak is more likely to occur.
