【摘要】:黏性液體爆炸拋撒模型的建立對數(shù)值模擬黏性液體爆炸拋撒形成的拋撒云團過程具有重要意義。黏性液體爆炸拋撒包含液體初始驅動、空化效應產(chǎn)生、液體環(huán)形成、射流形成和斷裂、液滴破碎等現(xiàn)象,這是一個復雜的物理過程。根據(jù)不同階段、不同現(xiàn)象流動特征,建立牛頓黏性流體爆炸拋撒數(shù)學模型,計算得到液體拋撒速度、拋撒半徑以及液滴尺寸分布。計算結果表明拋撒半徑與黏度成正比,而拋撒速度衰減曲線曲率與之成反比。為驗證數(shù)學模型的準確性設計試驗,試驗結果與結論一致,模型準確性得到驗證。
[Abstract]:The establishment of the model of the viscous liquid explosion is of great significance to the numerical simulation of the dispersing of cloud clusters formed by the dispersing of the viscous liquid explosion. The explosion of the viscous liquid contains the initial driving of the liquid, the formation of cavitation, the formation of the liquid ring, the formation and fracture of the jet, the breakage of the droplets and so on. This is a complex physical process. In the stage, the flow characteristics of different phenomena are set up, and the mathematical model of the Newtonian viscous fluid explosion is set up. The velocity, the scattering radius and the droplet size distribution are calculated. The calculation results show that the scattering radius is proportional to the viscosity, and the curve curvature of the dispersing velocity attenuation curve is inverse ratio. The results are in agreement with the conclusion, and the accuracy of the model is verified.
