【摘要】：采用數(shù)值計算方法研究了內(nèi)孔式旋轉(zhuǎn)空化發(fā)生器的空化機理,并討論了不同孔結(jié)構(gòu)對其空化流動的影響.研究結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)孔內(nèi)壓力降低到水的飽和蒸汽壓時,孔內(nèi)將發(fā)生劇烈空化現(xiàn)象;孔內(nèi)存在明顯的水汽交界面,由于轉(zhuǎn)子的高速旋轉(zhuǎn),交界面附近水汽交換顯著;結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)中孔深L、孔徑D和孔傾角α對空化區(qū)域大小及水汽交換效果有顯著的影響,在轉(zhuǎn)速為2 850r/min的條件下,孔傾角為30°,孔徑為23mm,孔深為35mm時空化和水汽交換效果最好.
[Abstract]:The cavitation mechanism of rotating cavitation generator with inner hole is studied by numerical method, and the influence of different pore structure on cavitation flow is discussed. The results show that when the pressure in the hole decreases to the saturated vapor pressure of water, there will be a violent cavitation phenomenon in the hole, and there is an obvious water vapor interface in the hole, and because of the high speed rotation of the rotor, the water vapor exchange near the interface is remarkable. Among the structural parameters, the hole depth L, pore diameter D and hole inclination 偽 have significant effects on the cavitation region size and water vapor exchange efficiency. Under the condition of 2 850r/min rotational speed, the hole inclination angle is 30 擄, the pore diameter is 23 mm, the hole depth is 35mm space-time and the water vapor exchange effect is the best.
