信號(hào)噪聲下整合發(fā)放神經(jīng)元模型的隨機(jī)共振

【摘要】:文章基于整合發(fā)放神經(jīng)元模型,研究了信號(hào)噪聲與背景噪聲共同作用下神經(jīng)元系統(tǒng)的隨機(jī)共振現(xiàn)象。利用隨機(jī)平均法推導(dǎo)出了神經(jīng)元系統(tǒng)的輸出幅值增益精確表達(dá)式,并考察了背景噪聲、信號(hào)噪聲相關(guān)時(shí)間和信號(hào)噪聲與背景噪聲兩噪聲的關(guān)聯(lián)強(qiáng)度對(duì)神經(jīng)元系統(tǒng)輸出幅值增益的影響。通過數(shù)值模擬發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)背景噪聲較弱時(shí),神經(jīng)元系統(tǒng)有明顯的隨機(jī)共振現(xiàn)象;當(dāng)信號(hào)噪聲自相關(guān)時(shí)間較短及背景噪聲與信號(hào)噪聲間兩噪聲間關(guān)聯(lián)強(qiáng)度較小時(shí),神經(jīng)元系統(tǒng)也會(huì)出現(xiàn)隨機(jī)共振現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Based on the integrated distributed neuron model, the stochastic resonance phenomenon of neuronal system under the interaction of signal noise and background noise is studied in this paper.The exact expression of the output amplitude gain of the neuron system is derived by using the stochastic averaging method, and the background noise is investigated.The influence of signal noise correlation time and correlation intensity between signal noise and background noise on the output amplitude gain of neuron system.It is found by numerical simulation that the neural system has obvious stochastic resonance phenomenon when the background noise is weak, and when the autocorrelation time of the signal noise is short and the correlation intensity between the background noise and the signal noise is small,Stochastic resonance also occurs in neuronal systems.
