爆炸荷載下缺陷介質(zhì)裂紋擴展規(guī)律數(shù)值分析研究

【摘要】:利用爆炸加載數(shù)字激光動態(tài)焦散線試驗系統(tǒng),同時借助ABAQUS有限元分析中內(nèi)聚力模型數(shù)值計算方法,研究了爆炸應(yīng)力波作用下缺陷介質(zhì)裂紋擴展規(guī)律,并將試驗結(jié)果與數(shù)值計算結(jié)果進行了對比。研究表明:在爆炸應(yīng)力波作用下預(yù)制缺陷兩端產(chǎn)生了兩條翼裂紋A、B,擴展長度基本相同,方向垂直于預(yù)制缺陷。兩條翼裂紋的擴展基本是對稱的,只是在尾端發(fā)生輕微翹曲;翼裂紋擴展速度先增大至峰值又振蕩減小,之后又增大至第二個較小的峰值,然后又減小,這種變化趨勢和裂紋尖端應(yīng)力強度因子KⅠ保持一致;擴展角β為85°時,計算結(jié)果較為接近試驗,內(nèi)聚力模型為動態(tài)裂紋擴展的研究提供了一種有效的方法。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the crack propagation law of defect medium under the action of explosive stress wave is studied with the help of the numerical calculation method of cohesive force model in ABAQUS finite element analysis, using the digital laser dynamic caustic line test system loaded by explosion.The experimental results are compared with the numerical results.The results show that two wing cracks are produced at both ends of the prefabricated defects under the action of explosive stress wave, the propagation length is basically the same, and the direction is perpendicular to the prefabricated defects.The propagation of the two wing cracks is basically symmetrical, but only slightly warped at the end of the wing. The propagation velocity of the wing crack increases to the peak value and then decreases, then increases to the second smaller peak value, and then decreases.This variation trend is consistent with the stress intensity factor K 鈪,
