【摘要】：為檢驗(yàn)鋁纖維炸藥的做功能力,對(duì)鋁纖維炸藥土中爆炸擴(kuò)腔現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),并采用ANSYS/LSDYNA軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,得出鋁纖維炸藥爆腔半徑隨藥量變化的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)與數(shù)值模擬均能較好地表征鋁纖維炸藥土中爆炸擴(kuò)腔的規(guī)律,鋁纖維炸藥相對(duì)于工業(yè)乳化炸藥做功能力強(qiáng),且由于其成型效果好等特點(diǎn),應(yīng)用于一些復(fù)雜的環(huán)境能夠取得理想效果,可為類似工程提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to test the work ability of aluminum-fiber explosive, the phenomenon of explosive cavity expansion in aluminum-fiber explosive soil was tested, and numerical simulation was carried out by using ANSYS/LSDYNA software. The relation between the radius of detonation cavity and the amount of charge was obtained.The results show that both the field experiment and numerical simulation can well characterize the law of explosive cavity expansion in aluminum fiber explosive soil. The aluminum fiber explosive has strong work ability compared with industrial emulsion explosive, and because of its good forming effect, etc.The application in some complex environments can obtain ideal results and provide reference for similar projects.
