冷壓成型活性材料準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮特性

【摘要】:采用準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法,對冷壓成型PTFE/Al/W活性材料的力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行了研究.基于準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線分析,得到了活性材料密度對抗壓強(qiáng)度和楊氏模量的影響規(guī)律.結(jié)果表明,隨著活性材料密度的提高,抗壓強(qiáng)度和楊氏模量呈逐漸增大趨勢,材料失效裂紋與軸線基本呈30°~45°角.進(jìn)一步對準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮前、后活性材料試樣細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)電鏡掃描分析發(fā)現(xiàn),在一定密度范圍內(nèi),隨著基體材料含量的減少和活性材料密度的提高,準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮載荷作用下材料內(nèi)部形成的力鏈數(shù)量隨之增加,從而導(dǎo)致活性材料抗壓強(qiáng)度和楊氏模量的增大.
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties of PTFE/Al/W active materials formed by cold pressing were studied by quasi static compression test.Based on the analysis of quasi-static stress-strain curves, the influence of the density of active materials on the compressive strength and Young's modulus is obtained.The results show that the compressive strength and Young's modulus increase gradually with the increase of the density of the active material, and the failure crack and the axis of the material show an angle of 30 擄to 45 擄.Before and after static compression, it was found that in a certain range of density, with the decrease of matrix material content and the increase of active material density,The number of internal force chains formed under quasi-static compression load increases, which leads to the increase of compressive strength and Young's modulus of the active materials.
