爆炸成型彈丸對(duì)陶瓷材料的侵徹實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:用爆炸成型彈丸對(duì)氧化鋁、碳化硅及碳化硼裝甲陶瓷材料進(jìn)行侵徹深度實(shí)驗(yàn),得到3種裝甲陶瓷材料在3 km/s速度侵徹下的質(zhì)量防護(hù)因數(shù)和差分防護(hù)因數(shù)。設(shè)計(jì)了防護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu),對(duì)比3種材料的抗EFP侵徹性能,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)現(xiàn)象和結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,碳化硼的抗侵徹性能最強(qiáng),在陶瓷面板頂部增加防濺層可提高結(jié)構(gòu)的防護(hù)性能。
[Abstract]:The penetration depth experiments of aluminum oxide, silicon carbide and boron carbide armored ceramic materials were carried out by explosive projectile. The quality protection factor and differential protection factor of three kinds of armored ceramic materials under 3 km/s penetration velocity were obtained.The protective structure was designed and the EFP penetration resistance of three kinds of materials was compared. The experimental phenomena and results were analyzed.The results show that the penetration resistance of boron carbide is the strongest, and the anti-spattering layer on the top of ceramic panel can improve the protective performance of the structure.
