【摘要】：采用數(shù)值模擬與實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法研究了薄壁方管結(jié)構(gòu)在爆炸荷載作用下的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)。將壁厚3 mm、截面邊長為100 mm的薄壁方管結(jié)構(gòu)置于200 g TNT產(chǎn)生的爆炸場(chǎng)中進(jìn)行沖擊實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)表明當(dāng)裝藥距離大于等于14 cm時(shí),結(jié)構(gòu)僅呈現(xiàn)局部凹陷變形,當(dāng)裝藥距離為10 cm和12 cm時(shí),結(jié)構(gòu)除局部凹陷變形外,還呈現(xiàn)出整體變形模式,同時(shí),方管迎爆面兩側(cè)邊產(chǎn)生長條狀破裂損傷。利用動(dòng)力有限元程序LS-DYNA及流固耦合算法對(duì)薄壁方管變形及破壞過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,得到了結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵單元處壓力分布、撓度時(shí)間曲線等參數(shù)。同時(shí)分析了結(jié)構(gòu)寬厚比對(duì)試件動(dòng)力響應(yīng)的影響,結(jié)果表明迎爆面變形量隨著寬厚比的減小而減小。
[Abstract]:Dynamic study of thin walled tube structure under explosion load by using the method of combining numerical simulation with experiment.
