某運(yùn)輸機(jī)加裝失速條氣動特性研究

【摘要】:為改善某運(yùn)輸機(jī)著陸襟翼構(gòu)型失速急劇滾轉(zhuǎn)問題,采用數(shù)值計(jì)算和風(fēng)洞實(shí)驗(yàn)方法優(yōu)選了機(jī)翼失速條的外形參數(shù),并對氣動力和流場特性進(jìn)行了研究分析。以失速條高度H和安裝位置距離前緣的長度S為設(shè)計(jì)變量,采用求解RANS方程的方法研究了失速條對著陸構(gòu)型翼型二維特性的影響,表明S越小(即越靠近上翼面)失速迎角提前越多,H增大也能使失速迎角提前但敏感性小于S。失速條后方產(chǎn)生了分離氣泡且隨迎角增加而逐漸增大增長,在破裂后導(dǎo)致翼型失速提前,使升力線出現(xiàn)圓弧形的失速特征。設(shè)計(jì)了4種失速條在機(jī)翼上的平面布局方案,通過縮比模型風(fēng)洞實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證表明:40%半展長處展向長度2m,S=0的失速條使升力線由急劇失速變?yōu)槠巾斝褪俨⑾耸俸蟮牟粚ΨQ滾轉(zhuǎn)力矩,將此失速條展長縮小一半的2種方案也不同程度地改善了失速形態(tài),15%半展長處失速條對失速特性無明顯改善,主要原因是氣流分離從約40%半展長處開始發(fā)生,失速條安裝在這一展向位置時(shí)才能發(fā)揮作用。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the stall and sharp rolling problem of landing flap configuration of a transport aircraft, the parameters of airfoil stall strip were selected by numerical calculation and wind tunnel experiment. The aerodynamic and flow characteristics are studied and analyzed. Taking the height H of the stall strip and the length S of the front edge of the installation position as design variables, the effect of the stall strip on the two-dimensional characteristics of the landing airfoil is studied by solving the RANS equation. It is shown that the smaller S (that is, closer to the upper wing), the earlier the stall angle of attack (H) increases, but the sensitivity is less than that of S. the separation bubble is produced at the rear of the stall strip and increases gradually with the increase of the angle of attack. After rupture, the airfoil stall ahead of time, which makes the lift line stall in arc shape. The plane layout of four kinds of stall strips on the wing is designed. The wind tunnel experiment of the shrinkage model shows that the stall strip of 20% 50% span length of 2 mS0 causes the lift line to change from a sharp stall to a flat-top stall and eliminates the asymmetrical rolling torque after stall. The two schemes of reducing the length of the stall strip by half have also improved the stall shape to some extent by 15% and a half. The main reason is that the flow separation starts from about 40% and a half. The stall bar only works when installed in this extended position.
