基于N-S方程的多孔質(zhì)氣膜懸浮力學(xué)模型研究

【摘要】:為了研究多孔質(zhì)氣浮承載系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)對(duì)氣膜厚度的影響特性,以平行圓板模型為對(duì)象,建立了包含多孔質(zhì)特性和縫隙流特性的氣膜懸浮靜態(tài)模型,分析了承載系統(tǒng)多孔質(zhì)部分的受力特性,得出了氣膜厚度控制方程,并利用改進(jìn)弦截法進(jìn)行求解。理論計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比表明,基于氣膜簡(jiǎn)化模型的數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)值吻合較好,驗(yàn)證了理論模型的有效性。通過數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果,探討了通氣量和承載力變化對(duì)氣膜厚度的影響規(guī)律。研究表明,氣膜厚度受通氣量及承載力的影響,可通過對(duì)通氣量及承載力進(jìn)行最優(yōu)控制,以使氣膜厚度滿足環(huán)境使用要求。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of the design parameters of porous air bearing system on the film thickness, a static film suspension model with porous characteristics and slot flow characteristics was established by taking the parallel circular plate model as an object. In this paper, the mechanical characteristics of the porous part of the bearing system are analyzed, the governing equation of the film thickness is obtained, and the modified chord section method is used to solve the problem. The theoretical calculation and the experimental results show that, The numerical results based on the simplified gas film model are in good agreement with the experimental data, which verifies the validity of the theoretical model. Through the numerical calculation results, the effects of the variation of aeration volume and bearing capacity on the film thickness are discussed. The thickness of the film is affected by the ventilation volume and the bearing capacity, which can be optimally controlled to make the film thickness meet the requirements of the environment.
