T2銅的動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能及本構(gòu)關(guān)系

【摘要】:利用Gleeble1500熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)和分離式霍普金森壓桿試驗(yàn)裝置(SHPB)對(duì)T2銅進(jìn)行常溫下準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮試驗(yàn)和高應(yīng)變率下的沖擊壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn),獲得不同應(yīng)變率下的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線。結(jié)果表明:T2銅在動(dòng)態(tài)沖擊下的強(qiáng)度明顯高于準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮下的強(qiáng)度,具有顯著的應(yīng)變率強(qiáng)化效應(yīng);在動(dòng)態(tài)沖擊較低應(yīng)變速率的區(qū)域內(nèi),T2銅的塑性流動(dòng)應(yīng)力對(duì)應(yīng)變率很敏感,具有明顯的應(yīng)變強(qiáng)化和應(yīng)變率強(qiáng)化效應(yīng)。但在動(dòng)態(tài)沖擊較高應(yīng)變速率的區(qū)域內(nèi),發(fā)生相同變形時(shí)的應(yīng)力水平相差不大,表現(xiàn)出對(duì)應(yīng)變率變化不敏感的性質(zhì)。對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的Johnson-Cook本構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行修正,擬合曲線與試驗(yàn)曲線吻合較好。
[Abstract]:Using Gleeble1500 thermal simulator and split Hopkinson compression bar test device, the quasi-static compression tests and impact compression tests of T2 copper were carried out at room temperature and at high strain rate, respectively. The stress-strain curves at different strain rates are obtained. The results show that the strength of W T2 copper under dynamic impact is significantly higher than that under quasi-static compression, and has a significant strain rate strengthening effect. The plastic flow stress of T 2 copper is sensitive to strain rate and has obvious strain strengthening and strain rate strengthening effects in the low strain rate region of dynamic impact, but in the high strain rate region of dynamic impact, the plastic flow stress of T 2 copper is sensitive to strain rate. The stress level of the same deformation shows little difference and is insensitive to the change of strain rate. The fitting curve is in good agreement with the experimental curve by modifying the traditional Johnson-Cook constitutive model.
