【摘要】：有機玻璃由于具有較好的強度和透光性而廣泛應用于飛機風擋及座艙蓋等結構中,其抵抗裂紋擴展性能對飛機安全性及使用壽命具有重要的影響。采用中心裂紋拉伸(CCT)試樣對三種定向有機玻璃進行了疲勞裂紋擴展試驗,采用七點遞增多項式法對試驗結果進行處理,求得不同試驗條件下定向有機玻璃疲勞裂紋擴展速率與應力強度因子的關系式,對比分析了相同條件下三種定向有機玻璃的疲勞裂紋擴展性能,考核了應力比及殘余應力對疲勞裂紋擴展速率的影響,為飛機座艙蓋航空有機玻璃選材、使用及維護提供了試驗依據。
[Abstract]:Organic glass is widely used in aircraft windshield and cabin cover because of its good intensity and light transmittance. Its resistance to crack growth has an important effect on the safety and service life of aircraft. The fatigue crack growth tests of three oriented plexiglass samples were carried out by using the central crack tensile test (CCT) sample. The experimental results are processed by using the seven-point incremental polynomial method, and the relationship between fatigue crack growth rate and stress intensity factor of oriented plexiglass under different test conditions is obtained. The fatigue crack propagation properties of three oriented plexiglass under the same conditions are compared and analyzed. The effects of stress ratio and residual stress on fatigue crack growth rate are examined. The test basis is provided for use and maintenance.
