瓦斯爆炸作用下井口外部區(qū)域災害分布特征

【摘要】:瓦斯爆炸事故對井口外部區(qū)域存在破壞作用,增加了礦井配套基礎設施及相關(guān)人員的事故風險。結(jié)合典型井下瓦斯爆炸事故案例,借助計算流體力學技術(shù)對煤礦立井內(nèi)瓦斯爆炸及其災害演化過程進行了系統(tǒng)研究,著重考查了井口外部區(qū)域沖擊波超壓和溫度場的時空分布特征。研究表明,瓦斯爆炸對井口外部區(qū)域的主要危險源于沿水平方向傳播的爆炸沖擊波,其峰值超壓及波及范圍隨瓦斯量的增加而逐漸增大,而井口外水平方向的高溫災害不明顯。研究結(jié)論能夠為煤炭工業(yè)場地平面布置、煤礦安全規(guī)程、風險評估及事故調(diào)查提供必要的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The gas explosion accident has a destructive effect on the outer area of the well head, which increases the accident risk of the supporting infrastructure and related personnel in the mine. Combined with the typical underground gas explosion accident case, With the help of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology, the evolution process of gas explosion and its disaster in coal mine shaft is systematically studied, and the space-time distribution characteristics of shock wave overpressure and temperature field in the outer area of wellhead are studied emphatically. The main hazard of gas explosion to the outer area of wellhead is the explosion shock wave propagating along the horizontal direction, and its peak overpressure and spread range increase with the increase of gas quantity. But the high temperature disaster in horizontal direction outside the well head is not obvious. The conclusion can provide the necessary reference for the layout of coal industry site, coal mine safety regulations, risk assessment and accident investigation.
