液艙晃蕩的CIP法數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:數(shù)值模擬是求解液艙晃蕩問題的重要方法;贑IP方法,該文建立了有限差分法求解二維不可壓縮流體的Navier-Stokes方程的數(shù)值模型,使用對時間積分的分步算法求解流場,利用THINC格式捕捉自由液面,將液艙晃蕩問題視為包括氣體、液體和固體的多相流問題。分別模擬了無隔板和帶縱隔板的液艙晃蕩。該模型可以模擬晃蕩過程中自由面破碎、翻卷和對艙壁的沖擊壓力以及隔板附近渦的生成與脫落,模型在不同網(wǎng)格的計算結(jié)果一致,并將計算結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果進行了對比。結(jié)果表明:該模型可以較好地模擬液艙晃蕩問題并且縱隔板對液艙晃蕩有明顯的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Numerical simulation is an important method to solve sloshing problem of tank. Based on CIP method, a numerical model of solving Navier-Stokes equation of two-dimensional incompressible fluid by finite difference method is established in this paper. The free liquid level is captured by THINC scheme, and the sloshing problem of liquid tank is regarded as a multiphase flow problem including gas, liquid and solid. The sloshing of tank without diaphragm and with mediastinal plate can be simulated by this model, which can simulate the breakage of free surface during sloshing. The rolling and impact pressure on the bulkhead and the formation and shedding of vortices near the partition are consistent with the results of the model on different meshes. The calculated results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that the model can well simulate the sloshing problem of tanks and the mediastinal plate can obviously inhibit the sloshing of tanks.
