板梁耦合振動響應仿真分析

【摘要】:板梁耦合結(jié)構(gòu)是典型的中頻振動結(jié)構(gòu)。針對現(xiàn)有的確定性數(shù)值分析方法在中頻預測的不足,基于波函數(shù)法(WBM)理論提出了預測板梁耦合結(jié)構(gòu)的振動響應方法。在Kirchhoff薄板與Euler-Bernoulli梁振動響應基礎上,以振動位移與轉(zhuǎn)角為耦合量,運用加權(quán)余量法推導了板梁耦合結(jié)構(gòu)的系統(tǒng)矩陣,建立了板梁耦合結(jié)構(gòu)的波函數(shù)法模型。以四邊固支的矩形板與細長梁耦合結(jié)構(gòu)為例進行了驗證,其100Hz時的振動響應位移云圖與50~500Hz頻響結(jié)果表明,相較于有限元(FEM)模型,基于波函數(shù)法的板梁耦合結(jié)構(gòu)振動響應模型能有效預測更高頻率的振動響應,且該模型有著更高的收斂性,在相同計算精度下,計算成本(模型自由度與計算時間)降低明顯。
[Abstract]:The plate beam coupling structure is a typical intermediate frequency vibration structure. In view of the shortcomings of the existing deterministic numerical analysis methods in intermediate frequency prediction, Based on the theory of wave function method (WBM), a method for predicting the vibration response of a plate-beam coupled structure is proposed. On the basis of the vibration response of a Kirchhoff thin plate and a Euler-Bernoulli beam, the vibration displacement and the rotation angle are taken as coupling quantities. The system matrix of slab-beam coupling structure is derived by using weighted residual method, and the wave function model of slab-beam coupling structure is established. The results of vibration response displacement cloud and 50 ~ 500Hz frequency response show that compared with the finite element model, the vibration response model based on wave function method can effectively predict the higher frequency vibration response of plate and beam coupling structure. The model has higher convergence, and the computational cost (degree of freedom and computing time) is obviously reduced under the same calculation precision.
