【摘要】：為求解共形接觸粗糙表面的潤(rùn)滑性能,提出非周期多尺度潤(rùn)滑問題的確定性計(jì)算方法——有限細(xì)胞法(Finite cell method,FCM),詳細(xì)介紹FCM的基本原理和關(guān)鍵實(shí)施步驟,通過數(shù)個(gè)算例,對(duì)比驗(yàn)證FCM在求解周期和非周期多尺度潤(rùn)滑問題時(shí)的計(jì)算速度,求解精度和并行特性。結(jié)果表明:以傳統(tǒng)FEM作為參照,FCM計(jì)算誤差不大于0.2%,計(jì)算規(guī)�？蓴U(kuò)大2至3個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),并可顯著降低計(jì)算時(shí)間。因此,FCM是求解共形接觸粗糙表面潤(rùn)滑問題的一種切實(shí)可行的計(jì)算方法,同時(shí)FCM與控制方程無(wú)關(guān)的特性也為求解工程中其他領(lǐng)域的多尺度問題提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the lubricating performance of conformal contact rough surface, a deterministic calculation method of aperiodic multi-scale lubrication problem, finite cell method, is presented. The basic principle and key implementation steps of FCM are introduced in detail. The computational speed, accuracy and parallelism of FCM in solving periodic and aperiodic multiscale lubrication problems are compared and verified. The results show that the calculation error of traditional FEM is not greater than 0.2 and the calculation scale can be expanded by 2 to 3 orders of magnitude. Therefore, FCM is a feasible method for solving the problem of conformal contact rough surface lubrication. At the same time, the characteristics of FCM independent of governing equations also provide a reference for solving multi-scale problems in other fields of engineering.
