【摘要】：針對微凸體在完全彈性、彈塑性和完全塑性變形階段接觸載荷和接觸面積的不連續(xù)、跳躍和不光滑,以及平均接觸壓力的不單調(diào)問題,提出了一種新穎的近似指數(shù)形式的解析模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用分形理論進(jìn)一步建立了粗糙表面在三階段接觸時(shí)的法向接觸剛度和法向接觸載荷與真實(shí)接觸面積之間的解析模型,并進(jìn)行了無量綱化處理。仿真分析了分形維數(shù)D、塑性指數(shù)Φ以及無量綱分形粗糙度參數(shù)G*對無量綱法向接觸剛度K*_n和無量綱法向接觸載荷F*_n的影響規(guī)律,并分析了K*_n隨F*_n的變化規(guī)律。模型的仿真結(jié)果表明:K*_n和F*_n都隨著無量綱真實(shí)接觸面積A*_r的增大而增大;隨Φ的增大或G*的減小,K*_n和F*_n的增速都變大;F*_n的增速隨D的變化是先減小后增大,而K*_n的增速是指數(shù)增大;K*_n隨F*_n的增大而增大,在D從1.1到1.9的變化過程中,K*_n隨F*_n的增速是先增大后減小,在D1.51時(shí),隨著G*的減小,K*_n隨F*_n的增速明顯變大。利用法向接觸剛度模型計(jì)算了啞鈴模型的固有頻率,計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果比較一致,驗(yàn)證了模型的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:In view of the discontinuity, jump and unsmoothness of contact load and contact area of microconvex body during complete elastic, elastoplastic and complete plastic deformation, and the non-monotone problem of average contact pressure, A novel analytical model in approximate exponential form is proposed. Based on the fractal theory, an analytical model of the normal contact stiffness and the normal contact load and the real contact area of the rough surface during the three-stage contact is established. The effects of fractal dimension D, plasticity index 桅 and dimensionless fractal roughness parameter G * on dimensionless normal contact stiffness Knn and dimensionless normal contact load Fnn are simulated and analyzed. The simulation results of the model show that both of them increase with the increase of the dimensionless real contact area (Atir). With the increase of 桅 or the decrease of G *, the growth rate of both KS _ n and F _ S _ n increases. The growth rate of Fexisting _ n decreases first and then increases with the change of D, while the growth rate of Kapn increases exponentially with the increase of Fiston. In the process of D changing from 1.1 to 1.9, the growth rate of KT _ n increases first and then decreases with the increase of D _ 1. At D 1.51, with the decrease of G ~ *, the growth rate of KT _ n increases obviously with the increase of F _ T _ n. The natural frequency of dumbbell model is calculated by using the normal contact stiffness model, and the natural frequency of the dumbbell model is calculated by using the normal contact stiffness model. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results, and the accuracy of the model is verified.
