內(nèi)爆炸載荷下雙層鋼管結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)

【摘要】:采用實(shí)驗(yàn)與數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的方法研究了雙層鋼管結(jié)構(gòu)在內(nèi)爆炸載荷作用下的動(dòng)力響應(yīng)?疾炝藘(nèi)外層鋼管的壁厚設(shè)置與炸藥質(zhì)量對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)變形失效模式及其抗爆性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:與外管壁厚相比,內(nèi)管壁厚對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)變形失效模式起主導(dǎo)作用,隨著炸藥質(zhì)量的增加,內(nèi)管壁厚對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)變形的影響逐漸減弱;并且內(nèi)管壁厚的改變顯著影響結(jié)構(gòu)的能量分配機(jī)制,增加炸藥質(zhì)量時(shí),外管能量耗散增幅大于內(nèi)管。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the dynamic response of double-layer steel tube under internal explosion load is studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation. The failure mode of wall thickness and explosive mass on structure deformation and its anti-explosion are investigated. The results show that compared with the wall thickness of the outer tube, The inner tube wall thickness plays a leading role in the structural deformation failure mode. With the increase of explosive mass, the influence of inner tube wall thickness on structural deformation gradually weakens, and the change of inner tube wall thickness significantly affects the energy distribution mechanism of the structure and increases the explosive mass. The increase of energy dissipation of outer tube is larger than that of inner tube.
