均質(zhì)砂巖損傷臨界值的研究及SHPB試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:砂巖在沖擊荷載下,損傷量D通常在小于1的情況下就發(fā)生破壞,存在損傷臨界值.本文首先根據(jù)分形幾何理論和砂巖結(jié)構(gòu)特征,建立2×3的元胞模型,理論解析出砂巖的不穩(wěn)定損傷臨界值為0.4,階段變化的損傷臨界值為0.119.然后通過直徑50mm的SHPB試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析,表明在砂巖動態(tài)損傷演化過程中有兩個臨界點(diǎn),第1點(diǎn)為從線形損傷階段到加快損傷階段的臨界點(diǎn),對應(yīng)的損傷量約為0.1;第2點(diǎn)為從損傷階段到破壞階段的臨界點(diǎn),對應(yīng)的損傷量約為0.4,與理論研究十分吻合.該研究揭示了砂巖在損傷演化過程中發(fā)生破壞的臨界問題.
[Abstract]:Under impact load, the damage amount D usually occurs when the damage is less than 1, and the damage critical value exists. In this paper, a 2 脳 3 cellular model is established based on fractal geometry theory and sandstone structural characteristics. Theoretical analysis shows that the critical value of unstable damage of sandstone is 0.4, and the critical value of damage of stage variation is 0.119.Then, through the analysis of SHPB test results of 50 mm diameter, it is shown that there are two critical points in the process of dynamic damage evolution of sandstone. The first point is the critical point from the linear injury stage to the accelerated damage stage, the corresponding damage amount is about 0.1; the second point is the critical point from the damage stage to the damage stage. The corresponding damage amount is about 0.4, which is in good agreement with the theoretical study, which reveals the critical problem of sandstone failure in the process of damage evolution.
