渦流熱成像裂紋檢測中的形狀大小影響分析

【摘要】:渦流熱成像無損檢測技術可以對金屬表面裂紋進行快速、準確的檢測,但是不同的線圈、試件以及裂紋大小對檢測效果影響很大。通過建立感應加熱二維模型,選取裂紋處與非缺陷處溫差作為特征量,對不同組成部分形狀大小對渦流熱成像檢測的影響規(guī)律進行了數(shù)值模擬;對比分析了不同裂紋深度下溫差隨體積深度比的變化規(guī)律,采用數(shù)據擬合方法研究了相似裂紋檢測規(guī)律,并提取出試件形狀以及線圈形狀對檢測效果的影響曲線;最后進行了渦流熱成像試驗驗證。結果表明:當裂紋深度較大時,體積深度比影響規(guī)律可分為上升階段、平穩(wěn)階段和下降階段;相似裂紋間溫差變化符合二次變化規(guī)律;渦流熱成像技術可有效檢測超大或超厚試件表面裂紋;減小線圈提離、曲率和線徑的大小有助于增強檢測效果。實際檢測過程中,可據此針對不同被檢試件采用不同線圈,提高檢測能力。
[Abstract]:The eddy current thermal imaging nondestructive testing technique can detect the crack on metal surface quickly and accurately, but different coil, specimen and crack size have great influence on the detection effect. In this paper, the temperature difference between crack and non-defect is selected as the characteristic quantity, the effect of different component shape on eddy current thermal imaging is simulated, and the variation law of temperature difference with volume depth ratio under different crack depth is compared and analyzed. The law of similar crack detection is studied by using data fitting method, and the influence curves of sample shape and coil shape on the detection effect are extracted. Finally, the eddy current thermal imaging test is carried out. The results show that when the crack depth is large, The effect of volume-depth ratio can be divided into three stages: rising stage, stationary stage and descending stage; the variation of temperature difference between similar cracks accords with the secondary variation law; eddy current thermal imaging can effectively detect the surface cracks of super-large or super-thick specimens, and reduce the coil lift. The curvature and diameter are helpful to enhance the detection effect. In the actual detection process, different coils can be used for different samples to improve the detection ability.
