氣液兩相流下單向球閥動(dòng)態(tài)特性數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:基于對(duì)單向閥球的受力分析,建立單向球閥運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并進(jìn)一步利用Fluent動(dòng)網(wǎng)格和UDF仿真技術(shù)模擬單向球閥的啟閉過程,研究了介質(zhì)含氣率、閥球材質(zhì)對(duì)球閥動(dòng)態(tài)特性的影響.模擬結(jié)果表明:隨著介質(zhì)含氣率由0%增至80%,同一時(shí)刻的閥隙開度不斷減小,閥球上下表面壓差增長(zhǎng)幅度達(dá)到2倍,且閥球能達(dá)到的最大升程、速度不斷降低至純液相工況的1/2以下.當(dāng)閥球密度由3 800kg/m~3增大到8 900kg/m~3時(shí),閥球上升速度減慢,球閥能達(dá)到的最大升程、速度逐漸減小,且球閥達(dá)到最大升程所需的時(shí)間也越長(zhǎng),尤其是含氣率≤0.3時(shí)更為突出.
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the force on the ball of the one-way valve, the mathematical model of the movement law of the one-way ball valve is established, and the opening and closing process of the one-way ball valve is simulated by using the Fluent moving grid and UDF simulation technology. The effect of medium gas content and valve ball material on the dynamic characteristics of ball valve is studied. The simulation results show that with the increase of medium gas content from 0% to 80, the valve gap opening decreases continuously at the same time. The pressure difference between the upper and lower surface of the valve ball is increased by 2 times, and the maximum lift can be achieved by the valve ball. When the ball density increased from 3 800 kg / m ~ (3) to 8 900 kg / m ~ (3) m ~ (3), the rising speed of valve ball slowed down. The maximum lift of the ball valve decreases gradually, and the time required for the ball valve to reach the maximum lift is longer, especially when the gas content is less than 0.3.
