【摘要】:采用以有機玻璃(PMMA)為材料的模型試驗方法,分析了試件的破壞形態(tài)和裂紋尖端的應(yīng)力特征,研究了對向切槽炮孔的不同豎向間距對爆生裂紋擴展的影響。結(jié)果表明:爆生裂紋擴展過程中,裂紋速度震蕩減小,裂紋尖端應(yīng)力變化經(jīng)歷兩個階段,Ⅰ階段(0~110μs)裂紋尖端動態(tài)應(yīng)力強度因子迅速減小,試件破壞以拉伸破壞為主;Ⅱ階段(110μs~止裂)裂紋尖端動態(tài)應(yīng)力強度因子先增大后減小,試件破壞兼有拉伸破壞和剪切破壞。炮孔的豎向間距的不同對爆生裂紋Ⅰ階段擴展影響不大,對Ⅱ階段擴展影響顯著。對向裂紋起到自由面作用并引導(dǎo)己方裂紋向其發(fā)生偏轉(zhuǎn),從對向裂紋面處反射的應(yīng)力波加強了己方裂紋尖端的應(yīng)力集中。
[Abstract]:The fracture morphology and stress characteristics at crack tip of the specimens were analyzed by using PMMA as the material. The effect of different vertical spacing on crack propagation is studied. The results show that the crack velocity oscillation decreases and the stress change at crack tip goes through two stages. In the first stage, the dynamic stress intensity factor at the crack tip decreases rapidly, and tensile failure is the main failure of the specimen. In the second stage, the dynamic stress intensity factor at the crack tip increases first and then decreases. Both tensile and shear failure occur in specimen failure, and the vertical spacing between the holes has little effect on the stage 鈪,
