【摘要】:本文提出了一種以應變能預測多軸應變加載低周疲勞壽命的新方法,該方法最大特點假設疲勞裂紋是由最大剪應力和其相對應的正應力引起,解決了其他方法不能反映非比例強化的問題;該方法建立等效內(nèi)應力、外加有效應力與塑性應變能的關系,從而分析得到基于塑性應變能的多軸非比例疲勞壽命的計算模型,及多軸疲勞壽命公式中材料參數(shù)確定、剪應力及其所在平面所對應的正應力、塑性應變能等的獲取方法.憑借Al5083、S460N材料光滑試件、GH4169材料缺口件、Al5083焊接件的多軸非比例加載進行壽命預測的驗證,證明該模型可以預測不同材料、不同加載路徑下的多軸非比例應變加載低周疲勞壽命.
[Abstract]:A new method for predicting low cycle fatigue life under multiaxial strain loading is presented in this paper. The main characteristic of this method is to assume that the fatigue crack is caused by the maximum shear stress and its corresponding normal stress. Solving the problem that other methods can not reflect the non-proportional reinforcement; The relationship between the equivalent internal stress, the external effective stress and the plastic strain energy is established, and the multiaxial non-proportional fatigue life calculation model based on the plastic strain energy is obtained. The method of obtaining the normal stress and plastic strain energy corresponding to the shear stress and its plane in the formula of multiaxial fatigue life. The smooth specimen is obtained by means of Al5083S460N material. The multiaxial non-proportional loading of GH4169 material notched parts and Al5083 welds is verified to predict the life of different materials, which proves that the model can predict different materials. Low cycle fatigue life under multiaxial non proportional strain loading under different loading paths.
