【摘要】:由于同時(shí)具備機(jī)械捕獲和靜電吸附兩種除塵機(jī)制,駐極體濾料具有更高的過濾效率,在微細(xì)顆粒物凈化中得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文利用格子波爾茲曼耦合離散單元法模擬研究了順排、叉排、隨機(jī)排列三種纖維排布方式下清潔和含塵駐極體濾料過濾性能的差異。模擬過程中詳細(xì)考慮了顆粒和纖維間的粘附碰撞過程。研究結(jié)果表明,較普通濾料,駐極體濾料對(duì)大尺度中性顆粒捕獲能力的促進(jìn)作用更強(qiáng);隨著顆粒在纖維表面的沉積,駐極體濾料和普通濾料對(duì)中性顆粒捕集效率的差異逐步趨小。對(duì)于布朗擴(kuò)散為主的細(xì)顆粒,均勻排布(順排和叉排)時(shí)濾料捕集效率較隨機(jī)排布時(shí)更大;而對(duì)于慣性和攔截效應(yīng)為主的較大尺度顆粒,叉排排布時(shí)濾料捕集效率較順排和隨機(jī)排列大。
[Abstract]:At the same time as with mechanical and electrostatic adsorption of two kinds of dust capture mechanism, electret filter material has higher filtration efficiency, has been widely used in the purification of fine particles. The discrete element method simulation of the lattice along the row, Pohl Seidman coupling using staggered difference, cleaning and filtration performance of dust containing electret the random arrangement of three kinds of fiber filter arrangement. The simulation process are taken into account in the process of collision between the particles and the adhesion of fiber. The results show that, compared with ordinary filter, electret material capture capability of large scale neutral particles promote stronger; as the particles deposited on the surface of the fiber, and the difference of electret material the common filter of the neutral particle capture efficiency gradually. For Brown spread the fine particles, evenly distributed (in-line and staggered) filter when the trapping efficiency is greater when the random arrangement of; In the larger scale particles with the main inertia and the intercepting effect, the filter collection efficiency of the filter material is larger than that of the random and random arrangement when the fork row is arranged.

【正文快照】: 0前言微細(xì)顆粒物污染是當(dāng)前我國(guó)面臨的最嚴(yán)峻的大氣環(huán)境問題之一。駐極體過濾器依靠駐極體濾料的永久荷電,在過濾器內(nèi)部形成靜電場(chǎng),在傳統(tǒng)過濾器機(jī)械過濾的基礎(chǔ)上,增加了靜電吸附除塵作用。因而它可以在過濾壓降基本不變的情況下,大大提高過濾效率,被認(rèn)為是最經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的顆粒,
