【摘要】:為了提高射流拋光的加工效率,設(shè)計(jì)了一種矩形噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu),基于并行去除方式來提高工件的去除效率。根據(jù)流體力學(xué)基本理論,分析了矩形噴嘴沖擊射流流場(chǎng)的結(jié)構(gòu)特性,并對(duì)其流場(chǎng)分布進(jìn)行了定量計(jì)算;谏淞魅コ碚,建立了矩形噴嘴的材料去除理論模型,并對(duì)去除量分布進(jìn)行了計(jì)算與比較。詳細(xì)分析了矩形噴嘴結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)與去除量之間的關(guān)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)矩形噴嘴進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,結(jié)果表明,矩形噴嘴長(zhǎng)寬比控制在10左右能夠得到很好的去除效果。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the processing efficiency of jet polishing, a rectangular nozzle structure is designed to improve the removal efficiency of the workpiece based on parallel removal, according to the basic theory of hydrodynamics. The structure characteristic of impinging jet flow field of rectangular nozzle is analyzed, and the flow field distribution is calculated quantitatively. Based on the theory of jet removal, the material removal theory model of rectangular nozzle is established. The relationship between the structural parameters of rectangular nozzle and the removal amount is analyzed in detail. On the basis of this, the rectangular nozzle is optimized and the results show that. A good removal effect can be obtained when the ratio of length to width of rectangular nozzle is about 10.
