【摘要】:氣體與液體雙流體噴霧的工業(yè)應(yīng)用已較為成熟,三流體噴霧作為一種較新的噴霧方式,目前工業(yè)應(yīng)用與相關(guān)研究均較少。針對(duì)一種三流體霧化噴嘴,搭建噴霧與測試實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),利用高速攝像儀與相位多普勒粒子測試儀(PDPA)對(duì)三流體噴嘴甘油、水與壓空霧化特性進(jìn)行研究。探討分析氣液質(zhì)量比(ALR)對(duì)液滴直徑與速度的影響,以及直徑與速度軸向與徑向空間分布特性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)ALR范圍為0.327~0.518時(shí),液滴直徑隨ALR變化較小。液滴直徑與速度空間分布極不均勻,噴嘴出口附近存在液滴直徑隨軸向距離增加而快速下降與液滴加速現(xiàn)象。此外,不同噴霧軸向距離下,中心部位的液滴比噴霧邊緣更細(xì)小。
[Abstract]:The industrial application of gas and liquid two-fluid spray has been more mature, three-fluid spray as a relatively new spray mode, the current industrial applications and related research are less. For a three-fluid atomizing nozzle. A spray and test bench was set up, and the glycerin of three fluid nozzles was treated with high speed camera and phase Doppler particle tester (PDPA). The atomization characteristics of water and pressurized air were studied and the influence of ALR on droplet diameter and velocity was discussed. The axial and radial spatial distribution characteristics of diameter and velocity are also studied. It is found that when the ALR range is 0.327 ~ 0.518. The droplet diameter varies slightly with ALR. The spatial distribution of droplet diameter and velocity is very uneven. There is a phenomenon that droplet diameter decreases rapidly and droplet accelerates with the increase of axial distance near the nozzle outlet. The droplets in the center are smaller than the spray edges at different axial distances.
