翟鎮(zhèn)礦充填采煤礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律

  目前,針對(duì)超高水充填、膏體充填、膠結(jié)充填和固體充填已經(jīng)做了大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)和應(yīng)用。本論文主要研究充填采煤礦壓顯現(xiàn)基本規(guī)律。固體充填開(kāi)采是指將煤矸石、矸石、粉煤灰等固體廢棄物用于充填采空區(qū)的采礦方法,其實(shí)質(zhì)是在采礦過(guò)程中利用充填體提供圍巖支撐力,來(lái)提供安全開(kāi)采回填的空間。固體充填采礦技術(shù)可以避免許多事故的發(fā)生,包括開(kāi)采過(guò)程中引起的地表沉陷、火災(zāi)和爆炸以及可以解放“三下”壓煤(建筑物下、鐵路下和水體下)、改善礦井通風(fēng)效果和提高圍巖的穩(wěn)定性,并且能保證經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。在中國(guó),每個(gè)礦井都會(huì)面臨“三下”壓煤的難題,所以這一問(wèn)題的解決顯得尤為重要。礦壓顯現(xiàn)規(guī)律研究是基礎(chǔ)。由于其各種技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境的影響,固體充填開(kāi)采也是管理礦山廢棄物方面的重要手段,它提供了一種提高采礦效率的解決方案。固體充填采礦技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為煤礦開(kāi)采的一個(gè)重要手段,對(duì)地表沉陷的有效控制使這項(xiàng)技術(shù)在中國(guó)乃至世界范圍內(nèi)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。本論文主要通過(guò)對(duì)比研究綜采機(jī)械化固體充填開(kāi)采和傳統(tǒng)的綜采地表沉陷規(guī)律,掌握固體充填采礦技術(shù)對(duì)巖層控制的科學(xué)認(rèn)識(shí)。翟鎮(zhèn)煤礦7203W充填采煤工作面是一個(gè)固體充填開(kāi)采的成功案例,工作面煤層快速開(kāi)采之后,采空區(qū)...
