磷石膏基充填料的制備及其有害物溶出率的研究

【摘要】:以磷石膏,磷渣粉,水泥為主要原料制備磷石膏基充填料,采用水平振蕩法浸溶出其中的可溶性磷、氟及重金屬離子等有害物,探討有害物溶出率與其強度性能之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:磷石膏基充填料的物料配比為磷石膏65%~75%,磷渣粉22%~30%,水泥3%~5%,外摻石灰2%及減水劑1.5%,水灰比0.28時,可滿足礦山充填料的強度要求。磷石膏基充填料中有害物的溶出率與其強度呈反比,當28d抗壓強度從1.75 MPa增至4.23 MPa時,充填體的可溶磷溶出率從41.32%降至18.97%,氟溶出率從46.52%降至32.22%。
