基于電荷感應(yīng)法的金屬粉塵濃度檢測技術(shù)

【摘要】:為實現(xiàn)煤礦井下金屬粉塵濃度的實時連續(xù)檢測,預(yù)警金屬粉塵爆炸事故,基于金屬粉塵的靜電特性研究了金屬粉塵濃度的連續(xù)檢測技術(shù),剖析了基于電荷感應(yīng)法的粉塵濃度檢測技術(shù)基本原理,設(shè)計了電荷感應(yīng)法的檢測機構(gòu)與方式,完成了微弱電荷信號的提取電路和預(yù)警功能的設(shè)計。利用基于電荷感應(yīng)法的傳感器樣機對金屬粉塵濃度進行3個月的測試試驗,試驗結(jié)果證明了整個試驗周期內(nèi),其檢測誤差均小于10%,基于電荷感應(yīng)法的粉塵濃度檢測技術(shù)能夠適用于金屬粉塵的實時連續(xù)長時間的在線檢測。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the real-time continuous detection of metal dust concentration in coal mine and warn the metal dust explosion accident, the continuous detection technology of metal dust concentration is studied based on the electrostatic characteristics of metal dust, the basic principle of dust concentration detection technology based on charge induction method is analyzed, the detection mechanism and mode of charge induction method are designed, and the extraction circuit and early warning function of weak charge signal are completed. The sensor prototype based on charge induction method is used to test the concentration of metal dust for three months. the test results show that the detection error is less than 10% in the whole test cycle. The dust concentration detection technology based on charge induction method can be applied to the real-time continuous on-line detection of metal dust.
