基于人機工程學的煤礦安全生產(chǎn)研究

【摘要】:煤炭在我國資源構成中占有重要地位。就山西而言,山西是煤炭資源大省。山西煤炭生產(chǎn)行業(yè)興衰不僅事關全國能源的供給充足情況,也與山西經(jīng)濟發(fā)展情況息息相關。然而,煤炭生產(chǎn)是一項高危險的生產(chǎn)活動,頻發(fā)的煤礦事故造成了巨大經(jīng)濟損失和人員傷亡。因此,煤礦的安全生產(chǎn)也變得至關重要。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外相關研究現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,,認真研究了國內(nèi)外關于煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的研究。其次,依據(jù)人機工程學的相關理論,從人、機和環(huán)境三方面分析了影響煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的安全因素。再次,根據(jù)對影響煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的安全因素的分析,結(jié)合煤礦工人工作實際情況,從人、機、環(huán)境三個方面建立煤礦安全評價指標體系。并在建立的指標體系基礎上,運用層次分析法判斷各個指標的權重,并分析各個指標的權重,得出相關結(jié)論,并對煤礦安全生產(chǎn)提出建議。最后,結(jié)合前面層次分析法中計算得出的各個指標的權重,利用基于三角白化權函數(shù)的灰色定權聚類評估方法,對潤宏煤業(yè)集團下屬礦井的安全等級進行評價。對該礦井進行安全評價之后,依據(jù)實際情況和評價結(jié)果,對該煤礦的安全生產(chǎn)提出切實可行的建議和意見。希望這些意見和建議能夠?qū)櫤昝簶I(yè)在今后的煤礦生產(chǎn)中有一些幫助。

[Abstract]:The coal plays an important role in the resources construction of our country. In that case of Shanxi, Shanxi is a great province of the coal resource. The rise and fall of Shanxi's coal production industry is related not only to the supply of national energy, but also to the development of Shanxi's economy. However, coal production is a high-risk production activity, and frequent coal mine accidents have caused great economic losses and casualties. As a result, safe production of the coal mine is also crucial. In this paper, the present situation of domestic and foreign research is analyzed, and the research on coal mine safety production at home and abroad is studied. The safety of coal mine safety production is analyzed from three aspects: human, machine and environment, according to the theory of human engineering. In accordance with the analysis of the safety factors that affect the safety production of coal mine, the coal mine safety evaluation index body is established from three aspects of man, machine and environment in combination with the actual situation of the workers in the coal mine. On the basis of the established index system, the weight of each index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process, the weight of each index is analyzed, the relevant conclusions are obtained, and the construction of the coal mine safety production is put forward. In the end, combining with the weight of the various indexes calculated in the previous analytic hierarchy process, the security level of the mine in Runhong Coal Mining Group is evaluated by using the gray fixed weight clustering evaluation method based on the triangular whitening weight function.
