鑿巖臺車給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)仿真及強(qiáng)度分析

【摘要】:全液壓鑿巖臺車憑借其能耗低、污染少、可靠性高、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在能源開發(fā)、交通運(yùn)輸、水電工程以及國防建設(shè)等重大工程建設(shè)中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,它將施工人員從繁重、艱苦的鑿巖作業(yè)中解放出來,同時也有效地提高了資源利用率。鑿巖臺車給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)是液壓鑿巖臺車的關(guān)鍵部分,其性能的優(yōu)劣直接影響鑿巖臺車的整體性能。本課題來源于鞍山鋼鐵集團(tuán)礦業(yè)公司眼前山鐵礦全液壓鑿巖臺車研制項目,該項目以阿特拉斯·科普柯某型鑿巖臺車為例進(jìn)行相關(guān)鑿巖臺車研制。本文重點(diǎn)以液壓鑿巖臺車給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)為研究對象,通過現(xiàn)場實地測量,建立給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)三維模型,并對其進(jìn)行了動力學(xué)特性以及有限元分析,得到各關(guān)鍵部件的力學(xué)特性數(shù)據(jù),為鑿巖臺車的研制工作提供了指導(dǎo)。本文首先以瑞典阿特拉斯·科普柯公司某掘進(jìn)鑿巖臺車為實例,通過現(xiàn)場實地測量,得到臺車的三維數(shù)據(jù)信息并參考相關(guān)資料,繪制出鑿巖臺車給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)三維模型,將各部件進(jìn)行裝配并進(jìn)行相關(guān)干涉檢查后,得到鑿巖臺車給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)的三維裝配體模型。其次,在裝配體模型的基礎(chǔ)上,將其導(dǎo)入ADAMS中,得到臺車給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)虛擬樣機(jī)模型。結(jié)合鑿巖臺車實際工作狀況,對鑿巖臺車給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)的六個主要危險工況進(jìn)行動力學(xué)仿真分析,得到給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)各關(guān)鍵部件的動力學(xué)相關(guān)曲線,為驅(qū)動油缸的選取及優(yōu)化提供了必要參考,同時也為給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)零部件的有限元分析提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持。最后利用ANSYS Workbench對不同工況下的鑿巖臺車給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了靜力學(xué)及模態(tài)分析,得到整個系統(tǒng)及各部件的應(yīng)力及變形情況,以及系統(tǒng)容易發(fā)生共振的頻率、振型及其相應(yīng)變化趨勢,為以后鑿巖臺車給進(jìn)支撐系統(tǒng)避開共振區(qū)域頻率提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Full hydraulic rock drilling trolley has been widely used in energy development, transportation, hydropower engineering and national defense construction because of its advantages of low energy consumption, less pollution, high reliability and good economic benefits. It liberates the construction personnel from heavy and arduous rock drilling operations, and also effectively improves the utilization rate of resources. The feed support system of rock drilling trolley is the key part of hydraulic drilling trolley, and its performance directly affects the overall performance of rock drilling trolley. This subject comes from the development project of full hydraulic drilling trolley in Qianshan Iron Mine of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Mining Company, which takes Atlas Copco as an example to develop the related drilling trolley. In this paper, the feed support system of hydraulic drilling trolley is taken as the research object, through field measurement, the three-dimensional model of feed support system is established, and its dynamic characteristics and finite element analysis are carried out, and the mechanical characteristic data of each key component are obtained, which provides guidance for the development of rock drilling trolley. In this paper, taking a drilling trolley of Atlas Copco Company of Sweden as an example, through field measurement, the three-dimensional data information of the trolley is obtained and the three-dimensional model of the feed support system of the drilling trolley is drawn. After assembling each component and checking the relevant interference, the three-dimensional assembly model of the feed support system of the drilling trolley is obtained. Secondly, on the basis of the assembly model, the virtual prototype model of the trolley feed support system is obtained by importing it into ADAMS. Combined with the actual working condition of the drilling trolley, the dynamic simulation analysis of the six main dangerous working conditions of the feed support system of the drilling trolley is carried out, and the dynamic correlation curves of the key components of the feed support system are obtained, which provides the necessary reference for the selection and optimization of the driving cylinder, and also provides data support for the finite element analysis of the parts and components of the feed support system. Finally, the statics and modal analysis of the feed support system of rock drilling trolley under different working conditions are carried out by using ANSYS Workbench, and the stress and deformation of the whole system and its components, as well as the resonance frequency, vibration mode and its corresponding changing trend of the system are obtained, which provides the basis for the future feed support system to avoid the frequency of resonance area.
