泵送膏體觸變特性對管道阻力的影響

【摘要】:觸變性是膏體復雜的流變特性,直接影響膏體料漿的管道輸送阻力,主要與流動速度、流動時間和漿體靜置時間相關。為研究某銅礦全尾膏體料漿在長距離泵送過程中的觸變特性,本文通過設計開展環(huán)管模擬試驗、流變理論分析,研究了流動速度、流動時間、停泵時間等觸變性影響指標對膏體輸送阻力損失的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:阻力損失與流動時間成反比并最終趨于穩(wěn)定,達到穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)的時間與漿體流量成反比;在低流速時,阻力損失與流速成正比,并隨著流速的增大逐漸趨于線性增長;重啟時的出口壓力與停泵時間成正比,且停泵時間不宜超過4h,以免造成堵管。研究成果對泵送膏體的工業(yè)應用具有一定的指導作用。
[Abstract]:Thixotropy is a complex Rheological property of paste, which directly affects the pipeline transportation resistance of paste slurry, which is mainly related to flow velocity, flow time and slurry static time. In order to study the thixotropic characteristics of whole tailings slurry in a copper mine during long distance pumping, the flow velocity and flow time were studied by designing and carrying out ring pipe simulation test and flow theory analysis. The influence of thixotropy index such as pump shutdown time on the loss of paste transportation resistance. The results show that the resistance loss is inversely proportional to the flow time and finally tends to be stable, and the time to reach a stable state is inversely proportional to the slurry flow rate, and the resistance loss is proportional to the flow rate at low velocity, and tends to increase linearly with the increase of flow rate. The outlet pressure is proportional to the pump shutdown time, and the pump shutdown time should not exceed 4 hours, so as not to cause pipe blockage. The research results have certain guiding effect on the industrial application of pumping paste.
