溫度對(duì)鉆井圍巖流變特性影響的數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:基于Comsol Multiphysics 5.2和Matlab軟件,構(gòu)建材料參數(shù)服從Weibull分布的非均質(zhì)花崗巖鉆井,分析了3000m和4000m埋深下,不同溫度對(duì)花崗巖蠕變特性的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在相同埋深下,當(dāng)溫度在300℃~480℃區(qū)間內(nèi),花崗巖鉆井圍巖穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變率基本保持不變,當(dāng)溫度超過(guò)480℃~500℃時(shí),穩(wěn)態(tài)蠕變率明顯增大,即溫度閾值為480℃~500℃。在軸壓、圍壓一定的情況下,隨著溫度升高,鉆井圍巖初始蠕變應(yīng)變值明顯增大,但在不同埋深下初始蠕變應(yīng)變值基本相同,體現(xiàn)為熱彈性應(yīng)變。在相同埋深下,花崗巖鉆井沿其徑向蠕變應(yīng)變,受溫度影響顯著,隨著溫度的升高,鉆井圍巖的蠕變應(yīng)變?cè)龃。?000,4000 m埋深下,高溫對(duì)花崗巖鉆井圍巖蠕變性能影響顯著,在500℃時(shí)隨時(shí)間推移,鉆井圍巖蠕變應(yīng)變明顯加快,即鉆井圍巖高溫失穩(wěn)閾值在500℃左右。高溫使花崗巖力學(xué)性能弱化,在花崗巖內(nèi)部造成損傷,隨著溫度的升高損傷不斷積累,在500℃左右發(fā)生突變,致使鉆井圍巖失穩(wěn)破壞。
