皖北煤電集團朱集西煤礦選煤廠項目可行性研究
[Abstract]:The proportion of coal in China's primary energy has been maintained at about 70%. With the development of national economy, the supply of coal market is in short supply in all regions of the country. East China is one of the most economically developed areas in China, and it is the main consumption area and transfer area of coal. According to statistics, consumption and transfer volume ranked first in the country. Anhui Province is a major province of coal resources and coal production in East China, and it is the only province in East China that can be transferred out in addition to meeting the needs of the province. According to the forecast of coal medium and long term planning, the balance of coal production and demand in East China is 306 million t in 2010, 602 million t in consumption and 296 million t in gap. By 2020, the gap will reach 344 million t. At the same time, China pays more and more attention to the development and utilization of coal resources, and the government has increased the control of the development and utilization of coal resources from a macro, long-term and sustainable point of view. Government policies and regulations have taken strict protective measures on coal resources, coal will gradually become our scarce energy. Therefore, cherishing the rational use of coal is a serious problem we should face at present. The construction of coal preparation plant is in line with the national industrial policy of rational utilization of coal resources, which can optimize the industrial structure of enterprises, form a reasonable product structure, and achieve the purpose of obtaining the maximum economic benefits of enterprises while meeting the market demand. Under the above background, the feasibility study and design management of Zhujixi Coal Mine preparation Plant of Northern Anhui Coal and Power Group are carried out in this paper. It is of great practical significance to improve the economic benefit of the project, reduce the waste of resources, optimize the environment and strengthen the safe production of labor. At the same time, it has certain reference and guiding significance for other related enterprises to study the feasibility of the coal preparation plant project. As a supporting project of large coal mines, the investment is large, the cycle is long, and the requirements for environment and labor production safety are high. The market analysis and forecast are carried out scientifically for the investment projects, and the scale of the investment projects is reasonably determined. Predicting the economic benefits of the project is a reliable guarantee for the success of enterprise project investment. Therefore, before making the project decision, it is necessary to use the theory of project feasibility study to carry out scientific and systematic analysis and demonstration of the project from the aspects of technology, market, environment, finance and so on. On the basis of the existing research, this paper studies the feasibility of this project, including: first of all, from the concept and function of the feasibility study, the main content of the feasibility study, The main methods of feasibility study are introduced from three aspects: the basic theory of feasibility study. Then the necessity of project construction is analyzed by analyzing the market demand of coal products in the area where the project is located, the construction conditions of coal preparation plant, and the source of raw coal quality. After that, the optimal scheme is given in terms of site selection, selection of main process and technical equipment, process layout, environmental protection, labor and production safety, organization and human resources, etc., and finally, on the basis of the basic financial data of the project, the scientific estimation is carried out. Through the corresponding financial evaluation index and break-even analysis, the financial feasibility and economic rationality of the project are demonstrated. In addition, various risk factors of the project are analyzed, and the preventive countermeasures are put forward, which provides a scientific and objective basis for the investment decision of the project.
