【摘要】：結(jié)合深厚表土層立井凍結(jié)井壁融化階段井壁破裂的具體位置,重點(diǎn)分析了溫度差對井壁強(qiáng)度的影響,并建立了井壁結(jié)構(gòu)破裂的力學(xué)機(jī)理和判斷井壁破裂的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,依據(jù)該經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式提出了井壁破裂修復(fù)及預(yù)防措施。最后通過結(jié)合現(xiàn)場井壁修復(fù)實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了該公式在類似礦井井壁結(jié)構(gòu)破裂應(yīng)用中的適用性。
[Abstract]:Combined with the specific position of shaft lining fracture in frozen shaft melting stage of deep topsoil layer, the influence of temperature difference on shaft lining strength is analyzed, and the mechanical mechanism of shaft wall structure fracture and the empirical formula for judging shaft lining fracture are established. According to the empirical formula, the repair and preventive measures of shaft wall fracture are put forward. Finally, the applicability of the formula in the fracture of similar mine shaft lining structure is verified by an example of shaft lining repair in the field.
