圓錐破碎機(jī)力能參數(shù)的研究

【摘要】:圓錐破碎機(jī)作為一種重要的破碎機(jī)械,被廣泛地應(yīng)用于冶金、礦山、煤炭、水利、建筑、環(huán)保和化工等工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。隨著礦石品位日趨貧化、采礦和選礦規(guī)模不斷增加以及能源費(fèi)用急劇上漲,如何降低單位能耗成為了被關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。而對(duì)圓錐破碎機(jī)的力能參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析是降低能耗的基礎(chǔ),同時(shí),較為精確的力能參數(shù),也是對(duì)不同工況下圓錐破碎機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)特性加以分析的必要前提,這對(duì)提高用戶(hù)經(jīng)濟(jì)利益和促進(jìn)研發(fā)新型破碎設(shè)備具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文就圓錐破碎機(jī)的力能參數(shù)進(jìn)行了以下研究工作。為了準(zhǔn)確分析破碎腔內(nèi)散體物料的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,通過(guò)對(duì)圓錐破碎機(jī)的動(dòng)錐和物料的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行分析,建立了破碎腔內(nèi)單顆粒物料的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析模型,并基于此來(lái)對(duì)破碎腔內(nèi)的散體物料進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡預(yù)測(cè),得到了散體物料在破碎過(guò)程中的分層模型,為準(zhǔn)確的計(jì)算破碎力奠定了基礎(chǔ)。圓錐破碎機(jī)的破碎力具有隨機(jī)性和模糊性的特點(diǎn),為了消除隨機(jī)性和模糊性給圓錐破碎機(jī)研究帶來(lái)的影響,引入了隨機(jī)模糊理論。結(jié)合隨機(jī)模糊理論,修正了傳統(tǒng)破碎力計(jì)算過(guò)程中的誤差,更為準(zhǔn)確的計(jì)算出了破碎力在破碎壁表面的分布情況。通過(guò)對(duì)破碎機(jī)的主軸和偏心套的受力分析,驗(yàn)證了求解模型的合理性與準(zhǔn)確性。改變散體物料種類(lèi)以及圓錐破碎機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù),分析了不同參數(shù)下圓錐破碎機(jī)力能參數(shù)的變化情況,得到了不同情況下破碎腔內(nèi)破碎力沿閉邊母線(xiàn)的分布與大小,以及在不同給料占比時(shí)所需要的破碎功率,將不同進(jìn)動(dòng)角和偏心套轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)的力能參數(shù)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作參數(shù)下的力能參數(shù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得到的結(jié)果對(duì)破碎機(jī)的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Cone crusher, as an important crushing machine, is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, water conservancy, construction, environmental protection and chemical and other industrial fields. With the increasing dilution of ore grade, the increasing scale of mining and mineral processing and the sharp rise of energy cost, how to reduce the unit energy consumption has become the focus of attention. The analysis of the force and energy parameters of the cone crusher is the basis of reducing the energy consumption. At the same time, the more accurate force and energy parameters are also the necessary prerequisite for the analysis of the kinematic characteristics of the cone crusher under different working conditions. This is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the economic interests of users and promote the research and development of new crushing equipment. In this paper, the force and energy parameters of cone crusher are studied as follows. In order to accurately analyze the movement law of bulk materials in the crushing cavity, the motion analysis model of the single particle material in the crushing cavity is established by analyzing the moving cone and the movement characteristics of the materials in the cone crusher. Based on this, the motion trajectory of the bulk material in the crushing cavity is predicted, and the layered model of the bulk material in the crushing process is obtained, which lays a foundation for the accurate calculation of the crushing force. The crushing force of conical crusher has the characteristics of randomness and fuzziness. In order to eliminate the influence of randomness and fuzziness on the research of conical crusher, random fuzzy theory is introduced. Combined with random fuzzy theory, the error in the calculation of traditional crushing force is corrected, and the distribution of crushing force on the surface of broken wall is calculated more accurately. Through the force analysis of the main shaft and eccentric sleeve of the crusher, the rationality and accuracy of the solution model are verified. By changing the types of bulk materials and the structural parameters and motion parameters of conical crusher, the variation of force and energy parameters of conical crusher under different parameters is analyzed, and the distribution and size of crushing force along closed bus under different conditions are obtained. And the crushing power needed at different feed ratio is compared with the force and energy parameters under the standard working parameters at different precession angle and eccentric sleeve speed. The results are of guiding significance to the production site of the crusher.
