采用共沉淀法從綠礬中磁選回收鐵(英文)

【摘要】:通過共沉淀和磁選從綠礬中回收磁鐵礦。在共沉淀階段,研究反應(yīng)條件對鐵回收的影響,確定最佳反應(yīng)參數(shù)如下:n(CaO)/n(Fe~(2+))1.4:1、反應(yīng)溫度80°C、亞鐵離子濃度0.4 mol/L、反應(yīng)終點溶液中Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+)摩爾比1.9~2.1。在磁選階段,研究球磨時間和磁感應(yīng)強度對鐵回收的影響。球磨可以破壞混合產(chǎn)物中磁鐵礦的包裹和夾雜行為。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),混合產(chǎn)物球磨20 min后,磁選精礦的鐵品位和鐵回收率分別從51.41%和84.15%提高到62.05%和85.35%。
