厚層灰?guī)r直接頂沿空成巷切頂斷裂條件及圍巖移動規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:基于沿空留巷原理,分析了厚層灰?guī)r直接頂板下巷旁充填沿空留巷和超前切縫斷頂卸壓法沿空留巷巷道頂板斷裂位態(tài),分別建立了2種不同頂板斷裂位態(tài)下的結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)模型,推導(dǎo)了巷道頂板支護(hù)阻力計(jì)算方法。研究表明:當(dāng)切頂阻力Q≤ql時(shí),巷道頂板沿煤壁內(nèi)一定深度內(nèi)斷裂,沿空巷道側(cè)向頂板懸臂結(jié)構(gòu)可向沿空巷道圍巖傳遞采場巖梁和上覆巖層移動壓力;而當(dāng)切頂阻力Q≥ql,巷內(nèi)加強(qiáng)支柱+巷旁切頂墩柱+巷旁切縫的聯(lián)合切頂作用時(shí),可使得側(cè)向堅(jiān)硬灰?guī)r頂板沿切縫結(jié)構(gòu)面斷裂滑落,實(shí)現(xiàn)頂板斷裂位態(tài)主動控制,降低了堅(jiān)硬灰?guī)r頂板傳遞上覆巖層壓力的移動變形壓力,優(yōu)化了頂板承載結(jié)構(gòu)和圍巖應(yīng)力,降低了巷旁支護(hù)體承受的附加載荷。相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)方法及研究成果應(yīng)用到南屯礦厚層灰?guī)r直接頂切頂留巷試驗(yàn),取得了良好的應(yīng)用效果。
