一種針對物探應(yīng)用的多機并行計算框架

【摘要】:并行框架可方便利用現(xiàn)有計算資源組建"私有云"實現(xiàn)石油物探的高性能計算.該框架可在windows、Linux上運行,能發(fā)揮多機、集群乃至異構(gòu)設(shè)備的硬件性能,適應(yīng)地震采集室內(nèi)和野外軟硬件環(huán)境多樣、差異大的現(xiàn)況.并行框架采用"平臺+插件+工作流"方式實現(xiàn),并利用"平臺+插件"的方式提供可靠的多機運行環(huán)境;定義了一套通用插件接口,用戶可以在不修改程序主體的情況下,以插件方式實現(xiàn)不同的并行算法,并"即插即用"的利用并行框架實現(xiàn)多機并行計算;實現(xiàn)了一套針對物探應(yīng)用的多機并行計算過程規(guī)范,不但可定制復雜的作業(yè)流程,而且可以按流程來組織插件和網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源高效的運作.并行框架以一種通用技術(shù)手段解決了物探算法種類多樣、算法流程復雜、多機實現(xiàn)困難的問題,滿足不同用戶的差異化需求.基于此框架已經(jīng)完成多個課題并行程序的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用,極大的節(jié)省了計算時間.
[Abstract]:The parallel framework can easily use the existing computing resources to build "private cloud" to realize the high performance calculation of petroleum geophysical exploration. The framework can run on windows,Linux, can give full play to the hardware performance of multi-machine, cluster and even heterogeneous equipment, and adapt to the diverse and different software and hardware environment of seismic acquisition room and field. The parallel framework is implemented by "platform plug-in workflow", and the reliable multi-computer running environment is provided by using "platform plug-in". In this paper, a set of general plug-in interfaces is defined, in which users can implement different parallel algorithms in plug-in mode without modifying the main body of the program, and the parallel framework of plug and play is used to realize multi-computer parallel computing. A set of multi-computer parallel computing process specification for geophysical applications is implemented, which can not only customize the complex operation process, but also organize the plug-in and network resources according to the process. The parallel framework solves the problems of diverse kinds of geophysical algorithms, complex algorithm flow and difficult multi-machine implementation by a general technical means, and meets the differential needs of different users. Based on this framework, the development and application of parallel programs have been completed, which greatly saves computing time.
