【摘要】：我國作為能源消費大國,一次性能源需求較大,其中煤炭的消費和產(chǎn)量居于世界前列。煤炭行業(yè)的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展支撐了我國的經(jīng)濟建設,但是各類安全生產(chǎn)事故時有發(fā)生,這嚴重影響了我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,同時給員工的人生安全帶來了隱患。煤礦事故的產(chǎn)生源于安全管理不當,然而人的不安全行為是誘發(fā)事故的主要原因,因此加強安全管理,同時重視人的行為因素成為研究的重點。為了解決行為安全管理方法在中國煤礦安全生產(chǎn)中的應用問題,并檢驗其能否有效降低員工不安全行為,本文以山西潞安集團王莊煤礦的掘進司機為研究對象,采用自行編制的行為基礎調查問卷,在作業(yè)現(xiàn)場對掘進司機的不安全行為進行信息收集,并運用灰度模糊評價法確定關鍵不安全行為,通過制定相應的行為安全管理方案來糾正不安全行為。在此基礎上,借助“前因—行為—后果(Activator-behavior-consequences,ABC)行為分析表”,進一步分析了掘進司機的安全水平指數(shù)(Safety Lever,SL),比較了其在實施為期12周的行為安全管理前后的差異。結果顯示,掘進司機在防護裝備安全使用、正副司機配合、關機條件、開機條件四項關鍵行為上的SL值得到顯著提高。說明對煤礦進行行為安全管理能夠改善員工的不安全行為。本文創(chuàng)新點如下:(1)針對掘進司機這一工種進行調查,使研究方向明確、具體;(2)采用行為安全管理對作業(yè)現(xiàn)場掘進司機的不安全行為進行糾正,為煤礦安全生產(chǎn)提供保障;(3)將ABC分析法和BBS相結合,利用科學的方法進行關鍵不安全行為識別,同時構建了關鍵不安全行為改善模型,能夠幫助決策者更清晰直觀的進行安全管理和風險預控,逐步對安全生產(chǎn)水平提升,并且保障了煤礦安全生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:As a big country of energy consumption, China has a large demand for one-off energy, in which coal consumption and output are in the forefront of the world. The steady development of coal industry supports the economic construction of our country, but all kinds of safety production accidents occur from time to time, which seriously affects the economic development of our country, and brings hidden dangers to the life safety of employees at the same time. The occurrence of coal mine accidents originates from improper safety management, however, human unsafe behavior is the main cause of accidents, so strengthening safety management and paying attention to human behavior factors have become the focus of research. In order to solve the problem of the application of behavioral safety management method in coal mine safety production in China, and to test whether it can effectively reduce the unsafe behavior of employees, this paper takes the driving driver of Wangzhuang Coal Mine of Shanxi Lu'an Group as the research object. The behavior basis questionnaire prepared by ourselves was used to collect the information on the unsafe behavior of the driving driver at the site of the operation, and the gray fuzzy evaluation method was used to determine the key unsafe behavior. Correct unsafe behavior by making corresponding behavioral safety management plan. On this basis, with the help of "Activator-behavior-consequences,ABC behavior Analysis Table", the safety level index (Safety Lever,SL) of driving drivers is further analyzed. The differences before and after the implementation of 12-week behavioral safety management were compared. The results show that the SL value of the driving driver in the four key behaviors of the safe use of protective equipment, the cooperation of the first and the deputy drivers, the shutdown condition and the boot condition has been significantly improved. It shows that the behavior safety management of coal mine can improve the unsafe behavior of employees. The innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) to investigate the type of driving driver, so that the research direction is clear and specific; (2) adopt behavior safety management to correct the unsafe behavior of driving drivers in the operation site, so as to provide guarantee for the safety of coal mine production; (3) combining ABC analysis with BBS, the key unsafe behavior is identified by scientific method, and the improvement model of key unsafe behavior is constructed, which can help decision makers to carry out safety management and risk pre-control more clearly and intuitively. Gradually improve the level of production safety, and ensure the safety of coal mine production.
