高溫后無煙煤靜動態(tài)壓縮力學特性研究

【摘要】:為探究溫度對煤巖靜、動態(tài)力學特性的影響規(guī)律,首先采用箱式氛圍爐在準真空環(huán)境下對直徑50 mm,高度分別為100和50 mm的2組無煙煤試樣進行8種溫度水平的熱處理(20℃~500℃),然后分別利用液壓伺服試驗機和分離式Hopkinson壓桿對2組試樣進行靜態(tài)單軸壓縮和動態(tài)沖擊試驗。此外,還通過掃描電鏡和壓汞試驗獲得各種溫度后煤樣的SEM圖像、孔隙率及孔徑分布。結(jié)果表明,煤樣熱損傷以300℃為界分為2個階段,分別以解吸、熱破裂等物理反應和熱解化學反應為主,孔隙率逐步變大且中大孔占比逐漸增加;煤巖承載和抗變形能力都隨溫度升高而逐步劣化,第二階段衰減趨勢較第一階段急劇,500℃后的靜、動態(tài)抗壓強度分別降至常溫時的8.41%和16.94%。靜載條件下煤樣宏觀力學性能的溫度敏感性比動態(tài)沖擊時顯著,抗壓強度和彈性模量的動態(tài)增強因子隨溫度的變化規(guī)律不一致。
