冀東鞍山式磁鐵礦磨礦動(dòng)力學(xué)研究
[Abstract]:The grinding kinetic behavior of Anshan magnetite ore in eastern Hebei Province was studied by means of particle size distribution tests of grinding products at different grinding times. The results show that the obtained grinding kinetic equation can predict the cumulative product content on the screen at different grinding times by curve fitting of several narrow particle size kinetic constants within the grain size range. In the grinding process, when the grinding fineness is greater than 1 mm, the variation trend of the grinding dynamic parameter k of Anshan type magnetite in East Hebei Province decreases with the decrease of grinding grain size, and the law that the finer the grain crack is, the more difficult the grinding is. When the grinding fineness is-10.5 mm, there exists preferential grinding of magnetite and pyroxene, which have lower hardness and easier to grind. Therefore, in order to avoid over-crushing and save grinding cost, the grinding cost of magnetite and pyroxene is reduced. In the mineral processing of this kind of ore, the stage grinding stage separation process should be adopted, and the magnetite separated from the monomers should be selected in time.
