新型常溫捕收劑DLG-2浮選石英

【摘要】:為檢驗(yàn)東北大學(xué)新合成的浮硅捕收劑DLG-2的性能,以石英單礦物為對(duì)象進(jìn)行了浮選試驗(yàn),并借助Zeta電位檢測(cè)和紅外光譜分析探討了該藥劑在石英表面的作用機(jī)理。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在p H≥10,DLG-2用量為40mg/L,礦漿溫度≥22℃,無Ca~(2+)活化的條件下,DLG-2浮選石英的回收率可達(dá)99.5%左右。Zeta電位和紅外光譜分析表明,DLG-2在石英表面的吸附形式有靜電吸附、鍵合吸附和氫鍵作用。
[Abstract]:In order to test the properties of DLG-2, a new silica collector synthesized by Tohoku University, the flotation test of quartz single mineral was carried out. The action mechanism of the agent on the surface of quartz was discussed by means of Zeta potential detection and infrared spectrum analysis.
